8. Limitation of Liability

HeySEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business strategies. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and each party shall return confidential information.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HeySEO operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
